Kutol Dispenser Upgrades When they received multiple comments that the base of the refill dock on the Counter-Mount Dispenser was causing some rusting issues, Kutol sought a solution.  They replaced the stainless steel sleeve with a chrome-plated pump housing, creating a more durable alternative.  Additionally, the pump assembly itself is now made of durable plastic parts.
