Executive Leadership Changes at RJ Schinner
R.J. Schinner has grown substantially over the last decade with further expansion plans coming in 2023. We have done this through our proven ability to be strategic partners with the distributors we service, as well as the manufacturers we align with.
Today, we are excited to announce the promotion of Ken Schinner to the role of Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Ken brings more than 30 years of company experience, spending a significant amount of that time leading sales, marketing and business development execution, most recently as President of the company. Jim Schinner will retain his active role and title as Chairman of the Board.
Additionally, R.J. Schinner is pleased to announce that Steve Schultz has agreed to join our organization as President of the company. Steve’s success in our industry, combined with his experience in wholesale distribution, makes him uniquely qualified to help lead our organization as we continue to expand our presence across the United States. Steve joins a very strong leadership team, and we are confident that he will integrate seamlessly as we share a common vision of what R.J. Schinner can become.
