Introducing: New Liquid Cleaners from Performance Plus!
Performance Plus is now offering a completely new line of Liquid Cleaners. These brand new liquid cleaners are now available through RJ Schinner, in three different categories; general cleaning, skin care and food-service.
Specially formulated to provide superior performance, plus improved formulas, all new packaging, an increased product portfolio and excellent value. These 22 liquid cleaners will fulfill most institutional cleaning needs without compromising results.

General Cleaning
- Toilet Bowl Cleaner – This Toilet Bowl Cleaner has 9% HCL, the active ingredient that removes stains, rust, scale, hard water mineral deposits, and helps create that sparkling finish on toilet bowls and urinals. A pleasant mint scent in a ready-to-use formulation.
- Lavender Multi-Purpose Cleaner – This will clean and deodorize most water-washable surfaces. Formulated without the use of butyl or inorganic phosphates, this rinse-free formula will produce up to 516 gallons of use-able product!
- Citrus Neutral Cleaner – A mild citrus scented cleaner that can be used from spray bottles up to auto-scrubbers! The neutral pH won’t attack, haze or dull surfaces and a case produces up to 260 gallons of use-able product.
- Pine Multi-Purpose Cleaner – This versatile multi-purpose cleaner is a dilutable product, so it is easy to modify the strength for many different types of soils.
- General Carpet Spotter – This product combines detergent and deodorant technology to remove most stubborn spots caused from a variety of oil and water-based stains. Also effective for use in health-care settings against betadine and iodine stains!
- Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish – A water-based, non-aerosol formula will clean, polish and brighten brushed and high gloss metal surfaces without leaving a residue buildup.
- Glass & Surface Cleaners – This glass cleaner is formulated without ammonia, making it pleasant to use as it dissolves smudges and soils. Available in gallons and 32oz bottles.
- Linen Odor Eliminator – This is a dual malodor counteractant that is effective on all odor sources. It meets and exceeds the state of California VOC content requirements also!
Skin Care
- Pink Lotion Skin Cleanser – This ultra mild lotion skin cleanser is clean-rinsing and non-irritating, with a neutral scent and pearlized formula for a high end look and feel.
- White Lotion Skin Cleanser – This skin cleanser is pH balanced, non-drying and non-irritating. Popular in retail, office buildings and universities.
- Foaming Skin Cleanser, Dye & Fragrance Free – This formula meets EcoLogo certification requirements. It will clean light to medium soils, without causing skin irritation or dryness.
- Hair and Body Shampoo – With an appealing, non-lingering fresh fragrance this hair and body shampoo is designed to leave skin and hair soft, silky and manageable.
Food-Service Cleaners
- Drain and Grease Trap Maintainer – This contains 7 strains of microbes for additional performance, 3.5 times the industry standard. The neutral formula won’t damage pipes or traps.
- Heavy Duty Degreaser – This ultra concentrated and fast acting product works well in hot, cold, hard or soft water for fast, effective cleaning.
- Delimer with Odor Control – Low foaming, and low odor, this product is safe to use on stainless steel, plastics and soft metals. Can be used full strength or diluted.
- Deluxe Dish Detergent – A super concentrated formula offers powerful grease fighting while remaining gentle on hands. Available in two sizes.
- Premium Dish Detergent – Specifically designed for supermarket, institutional and restaurant use, this powerful and concentrated formula only uses 1/4 oz per gallon, while still being gentle and mild on hands.
- Lemon Dish Detergent – This is a heavy-duty detergent ideal for commercial use. Bright Lemon Scented detergent is effective on grease and gentle on hands.
- Pink Dish Detergent – This is an economical, neutral pH, manual dish-washing detergent. Formulated for restaurant, industrial and institutional use.
